I’ve been fortunate to have a few visitors recently stop by and spend time in Central Oregon. It’s made for some good opportunities to get outdoors and camp, hike, visit some lakes, and enjoy a little of the multitude of nearby scenery. My brother flew out for about a week, and I tried to overwhelm him with a jam-packed itinerary of breweries and hiking. We pretended to be rock climbers at Smith Rock and navigated the waters of Scott Lake as well. My friend and former coworker, Bill, also dropped by for a night while on a road trip and we headed out to the Cascade Lakes to camp.
